Geometric Wooden Hanoukia

• Orders can be collected directly from L’Atelier in Afula, Israel.

• All orders are shipped via Registered Israel Post.

• Delivery time: 1–5 business days from the shipment date.

• All domestic shipments include insurance.

Taxes, Duties & Customs

• USA: A 15% import tax is applied at checkout.

• Rest of the World: All duty, import taxes, and VAT are the responsibility of the customer.

• All parcels are shipped from Israel with proper documentation to help expedite customs clearance.

• By law, we must declare the full value of goods on shipping labels, including for gifts. If your order is a gift, please notify us so we can note it accordingly—though some countries may still impose taxes.

Returns Due to Unpaid Taxes

If a package is unclaimed or delivery is refused because taxes were not paid, the cost of the item will be refunded minus return shipping fees, credit card fees, and a 5% handling fee (to cover packaging and administrative costs)
