Processing
- Orders take up to 4 business days to process and prepare for shipping (custom orders may require additional time).

Pickup
- Orders can be collected directly from L’Atelier in Afula, Israel.
- If you choose this option, please contact Judith to schedule a pickup time.
- Orders are usually ready for collection 1–2 days after being placed.
Domestic Shipping (Israel)
- All orders are shipped via Registered Israel Post.
- Delivery time: 1–5 business days from the shipment date.
- All domestic shipments include insurance.
International Shipping
- Carrier: FedEx (free worldwide).
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
Taxes, Duties & Customs
- USA: A 15% import tax is applied at checkout.
- Rest of the World: All duty, import taxes, and VAT are the responsibility of the customer.
- All parcels are shipped from Israel with proper documentation to help expedite customs clearance.
- By law, we must declare the full value of goods on shipping labels, including for gifts. If your order is a gift, please notify us so we can note it accordingly—though some countries may still impose taxes.
Returns Due to Unpaid Taxes
If a package is unclaimed or delivery is refused because taxes were not paid, the cost of the item will be refunded minus return shipping fees, credit card fees, and a 5% handling fee (to cover packaging and administrative costs).
